    The issues on PMX05 and PMX012 were resolved by replacing the PSUs. PMX06 is currently being replaced.

    PMX06 will be inaccessible for a while, but we expect everything to be up and running again without any problems after this.

    PMX06, PMX05, and PMX012 will undergo a restart shortly to replace the power supplies. These systems have experienced ongoing issues, such as unexpected power losses, following the recent power outage at our Frankfurt location. We aim to resolve these problems permanently.

    The system is fully operational again. A datacenter employee manually rebooted the server, as we had no remote access due to the unavailability of IPMI. Today we will migrate the VPSs on this node to other nodes, so we can investigate the system later without impacting customers.

    Due to the unexpected power outage yesterday, PMX06 seems to be experiencing hardware issues. We are currently investigating the cause and working on a solution.

    After confirmation from Germany that everything is back online and after our check, we can report that everything is operational again.

    We are still waiting for a detailed message from the data center, which we will add to this status update later.

    There is currently a power outage in the datacenter and surrounding area, which also affects Aurologic. We are waiting for more information from the datacenter.

    We do not yet have an answer as to why the backup power supplies did not kick in. We are currently working on getting the systems back online, some of which are already operational.

    There seems to be something wrong at the Frankfurt datacenter at the moment. The datacenter has been contacted and is working on a solution.
